Having a strong financial plan developed is a crucial step in achieving one’s financial goals. We encourage you to contact us for a complimentary initial meeting to see how we can help you.

Step one is making contact with us. Over the phone we will give you an overview of the process, answer any questions you may have and organise a time for our first meeting.
Before your initial meeting we will send you an online questionnaire to complete. The reason for this is to help Elliot get to know and understand your individual circumstances. It provides an indication of the areas which need further investigation at the face-to-face meeting. It helps to build a clearer picture of your circumstances and goals.
The initial complimentary meeting goes for about one hour. It is held at our office at 9/174 John St, Singleton NSW 2330 (in the offices of Andrews Accountants). During this meeting your financial goals and aspirations will be discussed. Elliot will then use your questionnaire and the information collected during your meeting to start exploring strategy options to suit your needs.
At the conclusion of this meeting Elliot will discuss with you our costs in preparing and implementing your advice. The process does not proceed from here until we have your signed agreement to do so. Once you have decided to proceed, we then require an engagement fee to be paid.
After the scope of the required advice has been determined and agreed to, we then commence our research. We investigate all appropriate strategy options available to you. This helps ensure the best possible outcome and the highest probability of you reaching your goals.
When we have completed the required research and finalised our recommendations we then formulate your financial plan. This is also known as a Statement of Advice (SOA). Once completed our office will contact you to arrange our next meeting. We like to email the advice to you in advance to provide you with the opportunity to read it through before our meeting.
Elliot will present the advice to you, clearly explaining to you how your tailored plan works towards your specific goals. You will have the opportunity to ask as many question as you want. The goal is that at the end of this meeting you clearly understand the plan and have confidence in its effectiveness.
After the Statement of Advice has been presented we then work towards implementing the plan. Our team works with you to implement the advice. We do as much of it as we can to make this easier for you. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible.
On completion of the implementation phase we will meet again to discuss the advice, what and why we did it, and provide you with an induction report. This is a time for us to again answer any questions you may have.
Reviewing your financial plan regularly is an important part of the process. It helps ensure that it remains current and relevant, especially in regards to changes in legislation and taxation.
Elliot will meet with you at least annually for the purpose of review. He will also maintain regular contact throughout the year as required. Elliot is committed to delivering best practice and up-to-date financial advice.
We are confident that at the end of the process you will be extremely happy with the advice you receive. When you see first-hand how life changing good financial advice can be you will want to help your family and friends.
